On the Innovative Intellects of the New Times

Gan Ziheng,Jin Youlin

Strategic Study of CAE 2007, Volume 9, Issue 11,   Pages 26-34

Abstract:

The paper explains the great importance of the research on the innovative talents of the new times,  and explores the connotation of the new times: taking innovation as the age spirit,  including peaceful and developing age, civilized ecosystem age, knowledge economy age, democratic and law-ruled age, creative culture age, and reform and opening age explored from multi-views.  In the paper the innovative talents of the new times are divided into four categories: the general, the top,  the outstanding and the master.  Five basic features of the innovative intellects of the new times are summarized as: the concepts with up-to-date sense of times,  the comprehension of qualities, the advantage of orientations, the comprehension of researches and the innovation of accomplishments.  The paper summarizes the training pattern of innovative talents of the new times and interprets the enlightenment of the research on innovative talents of the new times to the innovation of higher education.

Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering 2019, Volume 13, Issue 4, doi: 10.1007/s11783-019-1141-4

Abstract:

Attachment of Scenedesmus sp. LX1 was tested on certain materials.

A criterion for selection of materials was used to choose seven materials.

The amount of S. sp. LX1 attached on polyurethane foam was 51.74 mg/L.

Materials’ surface influenced the attachment of microalgae.

Hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties also affected the attachment of S. sp. LX1.

Strategic Study of CAE 2016, Volume 18, Issue 6,   Pages 49-52 doi: 10.15302/J-SSCAE-2016.06.010

Abstract:

Competition of talents is fundamental to international cyberspace security, and the discovery and tracking of talents is one of the key links. First, we investigate the development status of domestic and international cyberspace security competition. Then, we analyze the main problems of cyberspace security competition in discovering and tracking talents. Finally, we propose a long-term policy to discover and track talents based on cyberspace competitions.
